Guest access
You have your private bedroom and access to the shared kitchen, living and dining area, bathroom, building laundry and backyard. Self check-in is by keypad. Two driveway parking spaces are first come, first served, for vehicles registered to a stay only. Street parking is also available. Exterior cameras face the driveway and back door and record 24 hours a day.
During your stay
Please ask before arranging visitors or overnight guests. Mid-stay cleaning can be coordinated for a fee collected up front. Work with your housemates on bathroom and common-area cleaning, and respect each other's space and privacy.
