The space
The cabin is completely separate from the main house and Bungalow, offering you privacy, peace, and quiet. You will have access to your own private deck with a view and outdoor dining furniture, as well as a small backyard below the deck area (shared with the Bungalow unit.) The property is fenced and gated, on a quiet, residential street, which provides added privacy and security. No kids or pets of our own on the property.
There are several nearby hospitals and clinics, including major sites like Kaiser and Cedars-Sinai, less than 3 miles away. The heart of Downtown Los Angeles (DTLA) is also 3 miles away. Neighboring cities like Burbank, Glendale, and Pasadena are a short drive away. Traveling professionals are welcome!
Guest access
Guests have access to their private deck, communal laundry room (adjacent to the Bungalow,) and yard area behind the Cabin and Cabin deck.
We also have lots of fruit trees on the property. The orange tree in front of the Bungalow produces fabulous oranges when in season. Guests can help themselves!
Other things to note
We do not charge our guests a cleaning fee. However, we do charge a flat rate of $100 per stay for pets. This simply covers the additional charges from our cleaning crew to properly clean and disinfect the units after pet stays. Thank you for understanding.
