There is a smart lock on the front door which the guest will use to enter the place. There is also a digital lock on your bedroom. Your private bathroom is within your bedroom.

Please respect other guests in the same house. To ensure everyone has a good sleep, please don't use facilities in the common areas after 10 pm.

The whole check-in process is self-severed. Please read my messages and check-in guide carefully before your arrival and ask questions if anything not clear, especially if you plan to check in after hours.

As a friendly reminder, if you have any issues during your stay, please bring them to our attention. We would love to fix them for you right away. Any refunds on cleaning or nightly rate will not be authorized after check out, and we have a very strict no-smoking policy. Any traces of smoking inside the unit will result in a penalty of $500 USD.

Please note that there are in total 10 bedrooms in this big house. Each bedroom has its private bathroom but shares common areas, such as kitchen, dining area, laundry, living room. Each room allows only 1 occupancy.

Other things to note
Very occasionally, our maintenance team may need to access the your place during your stay. We aim to provide at least 72 hours' notice in advance. In case of emergencies, shorter notice (24 hours or less) may be necessary. Guests may choose to be present or absent during these maintenance visits according to their preference. Our goal is to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all guests.

No pet is allowed in this property. If any animal trace is found after the stay, there will be an additional charge of $10 per day, per pet, plus $200 extra cleaning fee and $1000 penalty for house rule violation.

While the home is professionally cleaned between stays, floors may not be spotless at all times. We recommend bringing and wearing indoor slippers for your comfort.
