The space
A small, clean, and comfortable room on the third floor with a sloped ceiling, cotton sheets, a desk, a chair, a closet/dresser, and plenty of natural light.
The room shares a bathroom with one other room (single occupancy) and features beautiful wood floors throughout.
We can provide you with a 3-day visitor parking pass, which allows you to park for free for up to three days. There is also a paid EV charging station nearby if you need to charge your vehicle.
The house typically hosts Harvard and MIT graduate students or young professionals.

Vibrant Inman Square & Central Square is a 10-minute walk with a large selection of fabulous restaurants & groceries for all budgets. Free on-street parking is available on Broadway off-street parking is available on request on a first come first serve basis.
A perfect location for visiting the many colleges in the area including Harvard, MIT, Boston University, Boston College, Tufts, Emerson, and Lesley College. High Tech Kendall Square is also nearby for business travelers and conference attendees.
