Spacious room for rent in Menlo Park, near the 101

Hi everyone!

We're looking for a new housemate to fill this private room in our shared apartment (of 3 mixed-gender, recent Stanford grads) in Menlo Park. We live in a quiet area that is super close to downtown Palo Alto and downtown Menlo Park.

In-unit laundry included and garage/ building parking available.

The rent for the room is $1400/month. Utilities are usually around $50-75/month. The room is large (~12x12ft), gets lots of great natural light, and has a large walk-in closet for clothes and storage.

The full-size mattress, frame, and shelves can be cheaply rented. The other furniture is used to show how much can fit in the space! You would also have access to our shared bathroom, kitchen, and garage storage. Friendly, respectful living space :)

Our current lease goes through August 31st of this year; this is a great summer housing option. You could also renew the lease at that point if you wanted.
