Few blocks from University Ave and Cal Train. Quiet neighborhood with friendly, Stanford-affiliated roommates. Room is available immediately. The other two roommates are males in their mid 20s. I am a female in the middle of my Post-Doc and have enjoyed my time at this sweet apartment.

The apartment is a 3bd 1 br but roommates are clean and organized. Bathroom has never been an issue for the three occupants. Landlord is very nice and understanding/helpful.
