Spacious room in Midtown Palo Alto house close to Stanford

As I'm moving out of the house, I'm looking for a tenant for my room in Midtown Palo Alto.
The house is shared with 6 other people (m/f) working at Stanford and Tesla. There is a big kitchen with all the supplies you need, three bathrooms, a garage for bike parking and the possibility to park your car on the street. The house is located in Midtown neighborhood which is very quiet and safe. The house is very close to the Safeway, CVS, Walgreens and California Avenue (which has a lot of restaurants). The room is available at October 9 but move in is flexible.
The house is on biking distance to Stanford.
All utilities such as water, gas, washing pods and toilet paper are around $118 dollar each month (it various depending on use).
