furnished and spacious room in redwood city, close to campus. BIKERS PLEASE NOTE house is about 3.8 miles from stanford straight down el camino, FLAT surface, takes 15-20 minutes! 8-12 minutes by car.

house is located off el camino real, near woodside road. also convenient to 101, 280. house is 4 bedroom, 2 bath. this bedroom is large (i think 15x13) and shares a large bathroom with my bedroom, and my hours are very unlikely to affect you.. im out by 530am usually (surgery resident). house is currently occupied by 3 individuals (myself- i am a third year surgery resident at stanford hospital; one roommate is 4th year medical student at stanford and other roommate is a 3rd year resident at stanford in PM&R). house is quiet and very clean. large kitchen. separate living and family rooms. utils, "digital preferred" cable and wireless internet included. neighborhood is quiet and mostly families. i also have large back patio with bbq area and storage shed in back. use of washer and dryer included too.

i have a cat- he is very friendly and stays in my room for the most part (only out when i let him out). would only be a problem if you are allergic. two parking spaces in the driveway are taken, but you can negotiate with roommates to see if you can rent it from them (included in their rents right now). ample street parking available.

overall i think the house is quite nice considering what else is available (top tier in my opinion). monthly rent is $1200 (incl everything- utils, cable, internet, parking is available on street) and available for occupancy by one person only. thank you! previous occupants have had only good things to say!
