spacious room in redwood city, close to campus, el camino, 101, 280. house is 4 bedroom, 2 bath. this bedroom is large (i think 15x13) and shares a bathroom with one other bedroom. house is currently occupied by 2 individuals (myself- i am a third year surgery resident at stanford hospital; my roommate is a 4th year (out of 5) med student at stanford). house is quiet and very clean. large kitchen. separate living and family rooms. utils, basic cable and internet included. neighborhood is quiet and mostly families. i also have large back patio with bbq area and storage shed in back. use of washer and dryer included too.

i have a cat- he is very friendly and stays in my room for the most part. would only be a problem if you are allergic. two parking spaces in the driveway are taken, but you can negotiate with my roommate to see if you can rent it from him (included in his rent right now).

my parents stay with me during the winter (3-4 months in the 4th bedroom) so they dont have to shovel snow back home. they are also friendly and wouldnt be a problem for you- unless you are allergic.
