My apartment has 2 rooms opening up in our sunny 3 bed/ 2bath apartment in Mission / Bernal! We love this apartment and are hoping to stay, but sadly my two roommates are moving back to Socal due to WFH work policy.
The apartment is located at the intersection of 24th and South Van Ness. On our cross streets, there are multiple and muni buses that go downtown and 24th Street BART station is 3 minutes away. We are next to Bernal Heights and Precita Park and near many restaurants, coffee shops and bars (Philz, Great Gold, El Techo, and tons more)! Valencia Whole Foods, Grocery Outlet and lots of local food and meat / seafood shops are walking distance away.

-1st and 2nd floors are not occupied, only one other apartment on third floor

Room #1 (slightly bigger, with balcony - see photos): $1628 / month
Room #2 (slightly smaller - see photos): $1572 / month
About your future roommate:
Yasmin is in her mid-twenties, works as Chief of Staff in a startup. Originally from Azerbaijan, graduated from Stanford with BS / MS in 2018.
Ideally you are a woman in your mid-twenties with a steady job, clean and respectful of common areas and highly communicative. Open to either a pair of friends or filling the two rooms separately. Would love to have someone who is responsible but also down to hang with us and be friends!
