Spacious room in shared flat in midtown Palo Alto

Hi everyone,

I am looking for a replacement for myself to move into this wonderful shared flat. It is a very spacious room (originally the garage, but renovated as a living space) in a quiet neighborhood in Midtown Palo Alto. The house is big with a large kitchen and dining room/living area. We also have a wonderful garden, where we spent our nights together - including lemon trees, fig trees, lime trees.....
You will have 4 roommates and share your bath with 3 of them. All of my roomies are wonderful women in their thirties. As they all have crazy jobs as doctors at Stanford or medical consultants, they are usually out early in the morning, so I have never had a run in with them in the bathroom.

It's a 15-20 min bike ride to Stanford and 10-15 min bike ride to Univ avenue. Walking distance to supermarkets and to Cal Av (about 20-25 min).

Move in date is flexible. I have already left the house, so would like to find a new tenant as early as possible, however we can talk about the exact date :). The rent is $985 plus $23 for Internet and usually around $50-90 for utilities.

As I have put in some new furniture (bed, nightstand, dresser, wardrobe), I would ask for $500.
