The available bedroom is fairly large, has plenty of character, and overlooks the garden.

Rent: $1650 + electricity and gas (between $50 -$80). Landlady is pretty responsive. Move-in date somewhat negotiable.

A bit about me: I’m an independent curator embedded in the Boston cultural scene, with artwork and houseplants around the house. I work from home part of the time, so I’d love someone who’s often out during the day. Your bedroom is large, though the house isn’t huge, so I’m hoping for someone fairly minimalist with their belongings. Looking for someone similarly low-key and considerate.
