Spacious room next to downtown Palo Alto (1/1/19 – 3/31/19)

A super cool home on University Ave. next to downtown Palo Alto. We're a group of guys in our mid to late 20s who work professionally in Tech or at Stanford. We hang out from time to time and we kick it a lot in our living room. We get along really well.

We're a 5 minute walk to downtown Palo Alto, a 10 minute bike ride to Stanford's campus, and a 10 - 15 minute drive to Facebook and Google. Downtown has a Whole Foods, the CalTrain, and much more. There's also a Safeway that's on El Camino Real.

We're renting out a room for one person. Here's the info for the room:

Rent: $1400 / month
Lease Terms: 3 Months
Bathroom: Shared
