The room has hardwood floors, ample closet space, and is furnished with rug, a desk, a single bed, a bookcase, and lamps. Two big windows. YOUR OWN BATHROOM.
The room can have a small refrigerator in it.

ALL utilities are included along with high-speed internet access. No coin washer / dryer unit onsite .

A microwave, kettle and coffee maker / small fridge can be available if needed.
There is no kitchen access. If you rely on cooking for your meals, this isn’t the place for you.
Single occupancy , no overnight guests are allowed.
The other occupant of the house is a Stanford staff

We take our shoes off inside. No pets, no smoking.

This will work well for a Stanford postdoc, grad student or busy professional.
It’s great for someone new to the area looking for a place to land while they find an apartment.

The room is available month-to-month, Minimum is 2 months.
