- Near Church and 24th MUNI; close to BART, close to Google bus, easy access to 101 & 280

- Thoughtful about noise; I go to bed around ~9:30-10:00 pm and get up around 6:30 am

About me:
- I'm a female, working professional in my mid-twenties. I don't bring the party home, though I do have 1-3 people over for dinner a few times a month.
- On weekends, I like to get outdoors with friends and family -- hiking, rock climbing, beaching, kayaking, and nerding out.
- I am very clean in both my own room and common living areas.
- I love to do yoga in the living room in the mornings, and I'm very respectful of keeping the apartment quiet during sleeping hours, whether those are the same or different from mine, though it's probably easier if you're on the early side of normal.
- On weekdays, I typically leave at 8am and come home around 7:00 - 9:00 pm. Half of weekday evenings I like to meet up with friends, and the other half I like to have a quieter evening, cooking and reading or often working a bit before heading to bed.
About the rent:
- $1525 per month, plus half of monthly expenses (wireless at $40-60/month, biweekly cleaning service for shared space at $60/month, and electricity/gas)
