I have a spare bedroom in a beautiful Menlo Park townhouse. The townhouse is a 5 minute walk from downtown Menlo Park. You would have your own bathroom. The townhouse has in-unit laundry, a cute backyard, 2.5 bathrooms, and a huge kitchen. There is also a furnished study. The entire townhouse, spare bedroom included, is fully furnished.

I am a 26 year old teacher, and I am looking for a roommate in her 20s or 30s. The lease would be for 10 months.
