The space
This bright and sunny apartment spans 2 floors, with an office and sunroom on the entry floor, and living room, dining area, kitchen, full bath and bedroom on the top floor. 2 skylights let in tons of natural light!

Able to sleep 2 comfortably in the large master bedroom with king bed, and the living room couch folds back in a pinch, for an extra sleeping area.

There is a full ensuite bath with waterfall shower, and all linens and towels provided!

Our kitchenette includes full refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, induction cooktop, large toaster oven, and french press and Keurig coffeemakers (coffee and snacks and all kitchen essentials provided!)

2 Roku TVs in the living room and bedroom provide free included access to HBO, Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Disney Plus.

There are basketball courts and a playground/park across the street, and a free public pool in the summer months. There is a blue bike stand just down the street to rent bikes to ride along the river, and Watertown Square (with coffee, restaurants, parks, and a museum) is an easy 5-minute walk across the pedestrian bridge!

Other things to note
There is a 1 car limit, as there is only 1 small off-street parking space dedicated for this apartment. Driveway turnaround may be too tight for larger vehicles, so off street parking is limited to 1 small car. There is free on-street parking after 5 PM and overnight until the morning.

This is a 2nd and 3rd floor walk-up apartment, so there will be 2 sets of stairs to climb.
