The space
You will have access to all common areas in apartment building. POOL, HOT TUB, BBQ AREA, CLUBHOUSE, 2 ROOFTOP LOUNGES, BUSINESS CENTER AND FITNESS CENTER.
Apartment has washer/dryer inside unit. TV is a smart TV you can access your own streaming services such as Netflix and Hulu please don’t forget to log out before you check out.

There will be some toilet paper, cleaning supplies, paper towels. I do not supply additional supplies when you run out. I do not supply any personal toiletries such as shampoo, body soap or toothpaste.

Guest access
You will have a assigned tandem parking space in underground parking garage. Space is enough room for 2 vehicles.

As a temporary guest, you will not have mailbox access. Please do not use this mailing address for personal bills, DMV records, or any other government purposes. Packages may be delivered to the building and picked up from the apartment package room.

Other things to note
It is a pet friendly building. You are allowed to bring 1 pet under 50lbs. It is a $100 pet fee. dogs must be on leash in the hallways at all times. Pets are not allowed in the pool area or Fitness center.
