Even though its a one room double, our spacious living room, sweet kitchen, and prime location more than make up for it. What makes it so prime? It's pretty close to Stanford campus, is within walking distance of the Menlo Safeway, is 2 minutes away from the Menlo CalTrain station, aaaand we live in a super nice neighborhood - the further down the street you travel the bigger and bigger the houses get.

As sweet a place this, rent's anywhere from $570 - $800 / month (depending on how long your staying).
