Looking to rent on campus or near campus for myself and my wife but finding apartments overpriced.
It seems it may be a better deal to rent a spacious 2 bed/2 bath with a grad student or other post-doc to save some money.
We have full furnishings except a couch (and second bedroom + bath would be your own) - but really we would be looking for someone who is a good fit and can find a place and sign a lease with us.
Not looking to share with pets or smokers.
