Stanford Summer Housing in Rains Dorm -- STANFORD AFFILIATES ONLY (F)

Single room in a Rains 2-BR apartment available 06/07/2017 - 09/20/2017. YOU MUST BE A "STANFORD AFFILIATE" TO APPLY. Stanford affiliates include grad student, post-docs, those attending a Stanford conference, working in a Stanford lab, or doing a Stanford summer program. You will need to show proof of proof of affiliation, such as an offer of admission, a written job offer, a medical clerkship matching letter, a verification form signed by the affiliate's Stanford supervisor, etc.

Only incoming or current Stanford affiliates who can show proof of Stanford affiliation are eligible to apply. Minors, undergraduates, and those not in good standing with the University are not eligible to sublicense.

Single room in a Rains 2-BR apartment available 06/07/2017 - 09/20/2017. Rent is $1,126 per month prorated, and the dates are somewhat flexible within the range specified. The room is fully furnished with a full extra-long bed, desk, drawers, closet, etc. Room includes small portable air conditioning unit, which is useful during hot Stanford summers. The 2-BR apartment includes a bathroom, spacious living room, and kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and food processor.

FEMALE RENTERS ONLY per Stanford requirements. My roommate is a PhD student in engineering who is very nice, tidy, and is a Rains Community Associate (she organizes social events for the dorm). I will be working away from Stanford for the summer and need to sublicense my room. Rains has a big parking lot where you can park with a parking permit (~$30/month).
