STANFORD vs Arizona State ASU, season ticket, Lower Level RED ZONE

I am a recent graduate and have a season ticket to all the Stanford Football games. I cannot make the Arizona State (ASU) game so I am selling my ticket. It's a digital ticket (PDF) that I can send upon payment. One ticket, Red Zone section (Section 102-110 lower level, if I recall) general admission. I am back home in Texas, so I can only send it through email, not in person. Looking for $35. See photos for the email confirmation I received from Stanford Athletics to prove the ticket is real.
