I have a studio apartment in EV for rent from December 15 - January 3 (I'll be returning the 3rd). You'll have access to a fully stocked kitchen, clean bathroom with tub, clean towels, sheets, etc. - perfect for guests over the holidays. 1st floor. Apartment includes a breakfast bar, a couch, and a full-sized bed. If you need extra sleeping space I also have an air mattress I'm happy to lend you.

Even if you only need the room for part of the time, email me and we'll work something out - cheaper than a hotel!
