Studio apartment in Escondido Village #5 available for winter sublet

I'm looking to sublet my studio apartment in EV 5 from December 13th through January 5th, although these dates are flexible (I could begin a little later or end a little earlier). The studio includes a full-sized bed and spacious, full-service kitchen that would be fully equipped for the subletter. The apartment is on the 4th floor facing a tree-lined avenue and is extremely quiet. The building has a laundry room with free laundry, a lounge, and a computer lab.
