Studio apartment near Stanford and Cal Ave - utilities included

Studio apartment for rent with backyard patio, really great location on Princeton St and College Avenue, close to Stanford campus, California Avenue and the Caltrain station for only $2094 per month including utilities. My partner and I have lived in this studio together for a year and a half and it's been great for us! Would be an awesome place for anyone working at or near Stanford, as it's a pretty reasonable price for the area. The back patio is a huge plus, we have a picnic table back there which is fun in the summer months (also handy for bike storage). We didn't have a pet, but we believe small pets are allowed with an extra deposit. We're looking for someone to move in between 2/28 and 3/5 (but we're flexible).
