Studio on campus for Summer, Olmsted Road 44, Stanford.

Hi,

this is Alberto Comparini, 1st year graduate student at Stanford.

I won't be in Stanford this Summer and my studio will be available from June 16th to September 5th.
Anyway, we can arrange different dates based on your and my needs.

Monthly fees are $1265. Daily is $42,17, but in September it will be $43,63.

The total amount of money for the rent is $3337,07, plus $298 (communication fees, house due, graduate activity, and Campus Health Service Fee). The total is $3635,07.

I require as well a deposit of $500, in case of damage and other issues.

I can rent you my mountain bike for the summer at a cost of $100-150. You can use my laser printer, if at the end you buy a new toner (Samsung ML-2165 W).

The studio is furnished. It has a kitchen with all the necessity to cook. You can use all the thing that are in my studio.

I won't leave anything in my studio during the Summer, a part some stuff under the bed. I do really need that space, because I don't want to use a storage.

The studio is in Escondido Village, a very quiet area on campus. By bike, the main quad is about 5-7 minutes.
