The apartment is on 22nd and Rhode Island -- walking distance to the Caltrain (~12min) and easy access to 101 and 280. It is also within walking distance (~20min) to the Mission shops/restaurants/bars.
The rent is 1500$ per month + 500$ security deposit. All utilities included.
The apartment is fully furnished and has a very nice spacious porch in the back (with a table and hammock).
