Private entry, fully furnished 1-bedroom private-entry in-law unit in the sunny mission neighborhood just off bustling 24th street. The in-law unit is a small apartment attached to a house; you'd have the place to yourself. It's pretty big (700+ square feet-ish?) by SF standards with direct access to a small garden in the back. Based on my lease, you would function as my roommate even though I will be gone for the greater part of the year. I'll be in the area about 3-10 days/quarter; we can talk about how to manage this. So, the place would be 90% yours for the next year.
Shared laundry with only one other couple.
10-12 month lease. Extension tbd.
