Sublease between 07/11 and 08/05

I'm subletting my bedroom in a 2B/R 1 Bath on-campus apartment between 07/11 and 08/05. Daily rent is $35. Pursuant to University policy, the renter has to be a female Stanford affiliate.

The apartment is on the top floor, fully furnished and well maintained. My bedroom has an extra-long twin bed, comfy mattress, sheets, closet, desk, bookshelf, swivel chair, lamp and a dresser. You will enjoy free WiFi, 24/7 access to the laundry room, and even a piano practice room. The spacious living area features a refreshing view of the lush meadows, rolling foothills, and bustling tennis courts.

The dorm building is conveniently located only minutes off the Hwy 280 by car, and minutes away from campus center on foot. The gym, the swimming pool and golf course are just steps away. My suite mate is an awesome medical student.

Only incoming or current Stanford affiliates who can show proof of Stanford affiliation are eligible to apply. Minors, undergraduates, and non affiliates are not eligible to sublicense.
