- In need of ONE FEMALE sub letter. You will be sharing the room with two other girls. The room itself has a lot of space so sharing with two other people shouldn't be a problem.
- the room is in a 20 person, victorian home, three levels, with backyard & third level balcony deck; you share a bathroom with one other room; A chance to meet a lot of cool students and people!
- $520 for rent. includes all utilities/WIFI/toilet paper/ olive oil/ kitchen appliances&utensils/paper towels/ cleaning supplies/ two laundry & dryer sets in the house (Message me for details)
- once a week chore assigned in order to keep the entire house maintained (ex. clean your bathroom, or on kitchen duty for 3 days=make sure dishes are put away from drying rack and clean surfaces)
- UC BERKELEY student dominated home, although this summer we will have recent grads, internees and research students subleasing.
*fridge and shelf space will be assigned and sticker system used to label foods (it works!)
- This house is beautiful and grande, it will be nice in the summer to lay out in the backyard and all of the flowers and roses will be blooming:)
