Subleasing/Selling Audi A3 2016

I am interested in selling my Audi A3 which is in brand new condition (only driven on campus and to Palo Alto for the last 3.5 years). It is black with black leather interior. I am the first and only owner of the car. I would be interested in either selling it or leasing it. Selling for 22k and leasing for $320/month w/ a security deposit.
