Sublet 10 June to 19 September

I live in a Rains 2BR apartment at Stanford University.
I am looking for a male Stanford affiliate (graduate student/visitor, not an undergrad)
for subletting 1 bedroom in the 2 bedroom apartment
for the dates 10 June - 19 September.
I expect a rent of $1000 per month and a $400 refundable security deposit.

All utilities are included - garbage, water, sewer and electricity.
Fully-equipped kitchen with a stove-oven, a refrigerator and utensils.
Spacious living room area with a comfortable couch, a dining table with chairs.
Fully-furnished bedrooms with a table, chair , closet, book-racks, a chest of drawers, a bed and a bedside table.

Laundry is free and the laundry rooms are very close to the house.
The 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment is on the 2nd floor.
