Sublet 1bd in 2bd/1bath in (really) downtown PA, from September

This is as downtown as downtown Palo Alto gets. Located on the intersection Emerson and Hawthorne, it's ridiculously close to the caltrain, campus, safeway, CVS, Whole Foods, and everything on University avenue.

Rent is 2100$ for 1bd. I'm looking for a human to sublet 1 of the 2 bedrooms starting from September. Minimum lease is 3 months, but longer is preferred.

The apartment is beautiful and recently renovated. Clean paint job, hard wood floor. Modern bathroom, and huge kitchen with modern appliances. There's also a pretty large balcony that sits 4 comfortably, with a BBQ.

Room is not furnished, but the rest of the apartment is. Kitchen is equipped with very nice kitchenware, utensils, and appliances.
