Sublet a studio in downtown Palo Alto for Dec 8-29

Hi there,

I am subletting a furnished studio in downtown Palo Alto for Dec 8-29 (three weeks). It is 650 sf., in a very nice and quiet complex, just three blocks from University Avenue. You may walk to Palo Alto Caltrain in 8 min. Laundry room with washer and dryer and covered parking are available. The rent is 400 per week including all utilities and internet. No pets and smoking please.
