I'm going home for a month and my room is available for sublet, this August 11th - Sept 4th (dates are flexible). Rent is $950 + $60-80 utilities. The room is fully furnished, with a shower on the first floor + your own 1/2 bathroom. There is a spacious living room, dining room and kitchen, as well as a backyard.
The house is amazing. It is located in Menlo Park, ~12 min bike and ~5min drive to west Stanford campus, and 3 minutes (exactly 3) walking from the Dutch Goose.
