Hi everyone! I am subletting my 1BR part of my 2BR EV low-rise apartment from mid June to September. The apartment has two stories: my bedroom, my roomate's bedroom, and bathroom are upstairs. Living room, kitchen, and dining space are downstairs. The apartment is fully furnished and is within walking distance to GCC. My roomate and I keep our apartment in great condition, and we only have visitors occasionally. Roommate is a friendly and nice Ph.D.
The start and end dates are flexible. I am leaving Stanford in middle of June and won't be back until end of September, so subletting for any period in between those days would work for me. I do need at least a 10-week commitment. I will also need a security deposit of $500 to cover potential damages and cleaning charges.
Finally, as my apartment is graduate housing, I can only sublet it to individuals who are affiliated with Stanford.
