The rent for subletting consists of:
- $2500/month per bedroom
- $500 security deposit per person to protect against any damage to the house (and to be fully returned at the end of the sub-lease assuming no damage)
- $100 per person per month to cover all utilities (water, electricity, gas, internet, etc.)
- $60 per person one-time cleaning fee to cover the house being cleaned after all the sub-lessors move out
