Sublet in Palo Alto/Menlo Park (End of January to early May)

I'm subletting half a bedroom in a house in the Willows neighborhood of Menlo Park. We're just one street into Menlo Park, so this could practically be considered living in Palo Alto (close to the University Ave. and Chaucer St. intersection).

The room will be furnished with most of what you'd need, including a twin bed, dresser, desk, and shelf. You'd also have access to a brand new washer/dryer and cable internet. You'll be sharing the room with my current roommate, who's a great guy. It's a pretty sizable room, so there'll be plenty of space for both of you. The house has a living room, kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. There are three other people living in the house in the other 3 bedrooms. We live on a giant lot, so there's plenty of parking.

This room will be available from the last week of January to the first week of May. I'd be open to sublets that only span part of this time period, but of course I'd prefer longer ones.
