Academic term August 21st 2026 to May 15th 2027 (if you want an annual term it can be accommodated)

10 installments of $1745 of rent (utilities included)
Personal liability insurance (max 22$ monthly)
One time move in fee of $100

Apartment:

3x2 (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms) on the 22-25th floors, 848 square feet. Provides a view to the lake, unlike the lower floors. The apartment is fully furnished and includes a washer, dryer, dishwasher, and oven. The bedroom is Unit C, highlighted in the floor plan below.
