We sublet the living room with a screen for separating at Menlo Park. 7min walk to Trader Joe's and Menlo Park downtown.10min walk to Safeway. 4min bike ride to Menlo Park Caltrain station and 12 min bike ride to Stanford Oval. There is a private garage. All furniture including tables, chairs, and a full-size sofa bed included. Male roommate. The nearby environment is very quiet.

Duration: to 06/30/2018 (move-in date is flexible from 1/1/2018. A period may also be okay)
Price: $900/month including furniture, electricity, gas, water & internet.
