I have a place I want to sublet for the summer. It is the TOP FLOOR of Lyman building 3; so there is no one above this floor to make any noise. I am roommates with another guy who is usually out during the days and goes home to visit parents during the weekends. Move in (June 15 - 30) and out (August 15 - September 30) dates are flexible?
