Looking for a temp (mid-term 3-9 months) roommate subletter to share a 2BR 2BA in Culver City, Palms. (available ASAP) - Figuring out life - if we get along and it makes sense for both of us, I'd be open to extending. - Just unsure if I want to stay to looking for a long-term roommate this moment. $1,470 per month

ABOUT THE APT

-Large sunny top floor apartment with fake wood floors in the living room, hallways, and dining area.

-Currently furnished with a bed, dresser, and desk/chair in the bedroom.

-Pretty 360 views from every bedroom.

-Your own private full bathroom and walk-in closet, large sunny room.

-Utilities come out to 60/month on average each for now, but it's split evenly based on usage.

-Apartment is fully furnished, kitchen has dishwasher, all cookware, appliances, which is shared happily.

-OK with 3+ month sublet, month-to-month, a long term sublet, or no extending if it's a good fit

-Management company does not permit pets.

ABOUT ME

-Female, friendly, likes to socialize but also have alone time too.

-Neat but not a neat freak. I do clean up after myself and hope my roommate will too

-I live with the golden rule when possible to be considerate.

-Fully vaxxed against COVID (wants my roommate to also be vaxxed), Non Smoker, Likes Wine, No drugs

-Prefer to live with a working professional (I'm in my late 30s / early 40s)

-From NYC originally, but living in LA for 10 years (where does the time go?!)

-Work in the entertainment industry as a Senior Level Producer.
