Subletting 1 BR in EV Efficiency Apartment. (722$/month)

I'm a grad student and am going to be working in the East Coast over the summer, so I'm looking to sublet my room (15th June - 20th Sept). It's a furnished room, in a 2 room EV Efficiency apartment, and the rent is approximately 722$ a month.

I just moved in last Fall, and the place is in great condition. The building has it's own laundry room (free!), pool room, piano room and a lounge. So it's pretty awesome. Contact me if interested.
