The room being subleased is the masters bedroom so it is spacious, carpeted, and has it own bathroom w/shower. It even has its own fireplace as you can see in the picture but it doesn't get that cold in the summer here.
Rent is $1200 per month + utilities.
Your two housemates will be a Stanford Medical School and a graduating Stanford CS student.
