Subletting 1BR in 2BR in Rains, 5/26-7/13, $830/month (male)!

This is a fully furnished apartment - it is a two bedroom and I am subletting one room. The bedroom has a closet, desk, and dresser. There is a shared living room with a sofa and coffee table and a furnished kitchen with frig, oven, and dishware. The apartment is located in Rains, which is just a 3 minute walk from the Graduate Student Center and Ray's Bar and Grill.

The room is available from 05/26/2013 to 07/13/2013.

I am charging $830 per month, including all utilities - electricity, water, high speed internet connection, free laundry, basic local phone service. Feel free to use my bike during your stay.

Note: I am leaving campus on May 25 and so am in a hurry to have my apartment sublicensed before then. So I am offering the apartment for $830 per month, instead of the full price which is $972 per month. If you are interested, please contact me and come by to see the apartment by this Thursday 05/23/13.
