Subletting 1BR in 3BR APT of EV, Jun 10 to Sep 19, Female

I am subletting my room in 3BR APT of Escondido Village from Jun 10 to Sep 19. Our department has very convenient location. There is free shuttle stop a few steps away. Our department is near El Camino Real and you can get to the Caltrain Station within 15 minutes walk.

Rent: $900 per month. $2500 from Jun 10 to Sep 19. Plus $200 deposit. If there is no damage of the room after the subletting period, this $200 deposit will be fully returned. Rent rate can be negotiate.

Included: water, electricity, wifi and furniture.
