subletting a room in downtown Menlo Park August 17-September 12, $750

Hi all,

I will be subletting my room in a nice 3BR/1.5BA house from August 17th until September 12. The house is on Glenwood Ave off El Camino, downtown Menlo Park.

Rent is $750, including everything. Yes I mean everything: utilities, full access to kitchen, washer, dryer, beddings, cooking wares, WIFI, TV in bedroom.

The bedroom is on top floor and carpeted. It is totally furnished with a queen size bed with beddings, couch, computer desk and chair, bookshelf, chest, 2 lamps, walk-in closet, and a 40' LCD HDTV with camcast package.

It is just like a hotel room, and you don't need to bring anything but food and personal stuff.

The roommates are very friendly school teacher and busy professional.

The house is one block away from Menlo Park caltrain station and free Stanford shuttle SMP, and 30-second walk to bus stops. 7 minutes by car and 15 minutes by bike to Stanford campus. A lot of restaurants, Safeway, Trader Joe's and cinema are close by.

I ask for a refundable deposit of $200. The rent is $750 or prorated according to actual stay. Usually the room is for one person, but it is still negotiable for 2 persons.
