Subletting a Room in Rains for the Summer

I am leaving the area for the summer and subletting a beautiful room in Rains. It is a 2-bedroom apartment.

I will give priority to:
a) graduate students (incl. visiting grad students)
b) those taking the room for all 3 months

My dates are June 14th - September 11th.
