Subletting one bedroom in Escondido South ($972)

I am subleasing my apartment on campus from June 17th to mid/end of September. The apartment is in Escondido South. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and a shared bath; another guy will be occupying the second bedroom. The bedroom is furnished with a desktop, chair, bed, mattress, closet, storage space. The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave oven, oven. Laundry, internet, water, heating, electricity etc. is included in the rent. The monthly rent is $972. Its a big and comfy apartment.

As per the official Stanford policy, only people who can show proof of Stanford affiliation, and male-graduate students (official Stanford policy establishes that in this apartment roommates must be same-sex) are eligible to apply.
