Subletting room in EV Apartment (Family Housing)

Hi. My family is moving back home and I would have one spare room starting Jan 14.

Let me know if you are interested to rent that room. The house is well-furnished so there would be little to add.

I am asking for only around $700-800 per month though I'll be quite selective about the person renting the room.
